Hello, my name is Ms. Roni! I am an educator passionate about supporting children’s development through fun, engaging, and evidence based activities. I love the curiosity and joy young learners bring to education. I believe that at the preschool level (and truly any level) play-based learning, patience and positive reinforcement are the perfect trio to support a child’s education. I have been working with children in a variety of settings from in-home childcare and preschool centers to a special education support aid in a charter school. With the knowledge and experience I have gained from working with children from 3 months old to 13 years old, I have found a love and passion for 1-on-1 and small group instruction. Focusing on a child's individual strengths and needs supports their journey to becoming a more confident, joyful and resilient learner. Contact me anytime! Drawing from 10 years of experience in curriculum creation and implementation, early childhood development, and specialized math and reading intervention, I create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. By fostering open communication and trusting partnerships with families, I tailor my instruction to meet the unique needs of every diverse learner, helping them reach their full potential.

Using my experience with research-backed frameworks like the Great First Eight curriculum, I design highly individualized lesson plans that align with rigorous educational standards while honoring each student's unique learning pace. By blending patience and compassion with structured, evidence-based strategies, I specialize in bridging academic gaps in foundational reading and math, ensuring that complex concepts become accessible and engaging for K-5 learners.
I recognize that diverse learners require diverse communication styles and specialized support. To ensure a truly inclusive environment, our practice incorporates unique tools like Sign Language to bridge early communication gaps and support developmental growth. Whether a student needs targeted intervention, accommodations for special needs, or simply an extra boost of academic confidence, I am dedicated to fostering a secure, empowering space where students feel seen, heard, and fully equipped to achieve their personal best.
